so idk if this is just my paypal account or you guys but when i donated my first 150 euro i could do instant cash transfer and im trying to do another instant cash transfer for another 150 euro but it would not let me. Any way around this?

Are you sure you have 150 Euro in PayPal... if not it would show up as an eCheque.
