Hey,

Really loving the game. I bought it a couple of months ago but have only been really getting into it recently as I was waiting for the updates.

A couple of quick questions, when I place the remote cameras through the front or back launcher how do I turn them on or swap to them? I know there is K to swap to the secondary camera but that does nothing. Is this not implemented yet? I am using a different ship to the one I started with if that helps.

The other question I have is how can I look over my shoulder so I can fire my back launcher correctly and aim, it seems to just shoot randomly out my back without me being able to aim?

For other new players one thing you really need to know is push Backspace :) It gives you a lot of options re: headlights, turning engines off, inertia dampners etc. Also the only way you can deactivate radar jammer at the moment (no hot key as yet to my knowledge).

ps I also tried ~ for remote camera like it says in F1 help but that didnt do anything.

Im on a laptop so wondering if that is causing the problem (as often I need to push Function Key + other button to act like a normal keyboard)

Also, hacking tools seem to disappear alot.

Try going to options/controls/systems (1 or 2) an remap the camera control keys from ~ , [ and ] to another ones.

ah thanks not sure if my version was having some issues but tested it on another computer and works fine. I even seem to have a rear view mirror on the top right hand side I never had before. Very cool

The real view camera is cool but I rarely use it, because it eats several precious frames per second.
