When I go into MP and host a game with Official Sectors I don't seem to see all I should. I can load the 2.5 sectors and a few others but I don't see an option to start a "Story" game with the easy,normal,hard options or load a known game sector as I see when I join a game? What do I need to do to get to a menu with those options?

If you mean hosting a co-op mission you just need to make a new SP game and it will be automatically hosted online and you can turn online mode off when playing.

As far as i know you just click single player / co op then make sure co -op is fixed.

that really the only story multiplayer option for now
